Once you've placed your order with us, we'll keep you updated on the status of your order by email and phone.

When will my order be delivered?

A: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 6pm will be guaranteed free next working day delivery. Orders placed after 6pm on Friday and before 2.30pm Sunday will be delivered on Monday. (except bank holidays) All orders after 2.30pm Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.  Subject to a successful network credit check (if applicable) and stock availability

Can I track my order once it is shipped?

Once your order is ready to be send out to you, an ‘order dispatched’ email containing your order details and tracking reference number will be sent to you. You can use this to track your order via the DPD website.

Can you tell me what time my delivery will be with me?

DPD will text and email you on the morning of your delivery with a one hour delivery slot as a guide to when your parcel is expected to be delivered. As above, simply use the tracking information provided to you in your “order dispatched” email where you will find details of your delivery slot and the current progress of your parcel.

What happens if I am not in to receive my parcel?

Simply visit the tracking information on DPD’s website (as provided in your “order dispatched” email) where you will be able to schedule a re-delivery or arrange to pick up from a DPD Pickup Shop.
